Hi All,

I'm trying to update a P4 for a friend cuz he was having trouble upgrading it. I figured it was either a download issue or something else so I hooked it up to DJI Assistant 2 on my computer and lo and behold it fails to ugprade the firmware on it. I tried various versions as well as even from the phone, but I cannot seem to get it to upgrade.


Looking at the DA2 log files I see :
error 245



The download seems to complete but when it goes to flash it, it stopped immediately.

I saw that there were some people talking about putting a firmware file on the root sd card to fix this issue. Am curious about what steps I can try w/o having to send back the unit just to upgrade the firmware.
