Hi All

Today i was flying the MINI within the City , i got right after i lift it off ( SENSOR ERROR ) i waited then started to get this msg multiple times , i have returned it manually back to me and i dunt know if anything is wrong....

Hi,

You started your flight with not so many satellies and bad reception.
During flight in and out OPTI mode, so my guess is that the GPS error is beacuse of this.

My advice is to start flying with a higher number of satellites and with a good reception as wel.
Mayby the high buildings around you blocked the GPS signals.Number of sats is important but also how widely they are spread-out in the sky.
8 receiving sats close to each other are not that good for positioning, plus you do not loose 1 but more at the same time as the signal is blocked.

Thanks , but does low no of SAT gives this error . ( SENSOR ERROR ) or ..it will say GPS Signal Error ?

I have no idea wich sensor error it is.

I always fly with a screen recorder active (android DU recorder) so i can see the flight back to see if i have missed messages while watching the drone. Plus to compare the fly back option in the app.
Not all messages are and in the flightlog, in the flyapp and seen on the screen.

Just see the next flight what happens when you have good gps signals.

all at low altitude, mayby bottom sensor. But i do not know.

Sometimes I've got the same message when the drone starts loosing satellites

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regard to this issue. Please try to update the firmware of your DJI Mavic Mini to the latest version and please calibrate the IMU and Compass of the said drone to isolate the issue. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
