My cousine that i reccomended him Phantom Vision+ had an accident , one mottor stopped working during the fly and the phantom landed hardly on the tree  . broken motor + broken cover , he send the phantom for the reapair 4 weeks ago and still no reply. He received one reply recently in Chinesse , Guys why dont you sort out your service instead of ignoring your customers ?

This is the kind of thing that makes me worry about buying a Vision + Vers 3.  The problems and lack of backup.

Who told you to send it to Germany? Was it your dealer or DJI self?
I was wondering cause you mentioned the RMA-number

I'm guessing based on poster's name and post translated to English, that Germany was closest repair facility he was directed to send it to.

I'd say that most pilots would be better sending non-warranty repairs to the private businesses...as opposed to DJI. You may have to dig around to find them - there are quite a few in the US
