Just purchased the mavic mini. Now my Samsung note 9 with Otterbox protector doesn't fit in the remote control, so I want to control my mavic with my old Samsung note 5 but download the footage to my note 9. If I install the Fly app on both phones is it possible to control the mavic from my note 5 but download the footage to my note 9?

I download the DJI Fly App to see if it would work on my old Note 5 but it would not open.  Note 5 is also not listed on the supported device list.  Sorry.

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to DJI Forum. With regards to the Samsung Note 5. As DowntownRDB advised at post #2 the Samsung Note 5 is not listed on the compatible device list. It may work but we cannot guarantee the stability and compatibility during flight. With regards to downloading the footage to the phone. As long as the videos and photos are saved inside the SD card inserted on the drone. you can download it via DJI Fly application. Thank you.
