Hello! I have problem with my mavic mini unlocking I unlock it through website and it says congratulation your unlocking successful but when I am trying to fly it is still lock.



And when i am trying to unlock from app it stuck on loading

I also click on agree and also put my number but it is keep loading.
I have try more than 5 times.
It is always stuck on loading.

Robert2344.  I can't see the pictures either.  However, if I right click on the picture place holder and View Image Info it redirects you for the image to Gmail.  See picture of what I'm saying below.

But to unlock, u need to receive text message from dji with code..  U sure about correct phone number?

Also you must update the firmware in the Drone..... and you must chose the correct country code for your mobile number

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. May I know what is the model of the mobile used during this issue? I would recommend to please a different compatible mobile device to isolate the issue. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
