My Phantom 3 Pro has been in storage since new. I tested the camera and controls and all was perfect. Last week I updated the firmware to P3P_FW_V01.11.0020.bin and then received the error NO TRANSMISSION SIGNAL AVAILABLE. I tried a different remote controller but still the same error.
I sent the drone to the Drone Doctor (UK) but they report Error 0815 and I need to return my drone to DJI. The cost is too high to justify that. What can I do to cure this issue presumably caused by the firmware update? I see this probelm everywhere so surely there must be some responsibility from DJI to help? I now have a virtually brand new but useless drone. Can anyone help please? Thanks, Paul
