Has anyone heard about or have knowledge about the "drone swarms" that are being seend in Colorado between 7PM-10PM?  Seems that these are large (about 6 feet in size) and fly in formation for long periods of time and seem to be scanning or mapping the countryside.

I just read some additional reports and there are two significant pieces of the developing story: (1) This is taking place near one the Air Force's Missile farms and they do indeed have a drone countermeasures plan in place and this may be a part of it or a test of it.  (2) The drones are fixed wing vehicles.

Get a clue sheep

I have been combing the news for info (FB seems to be the best).  Really odd.  Most of the drones seem to be a model that was created for the military, a fixed wing thing with a six foot wingspan and 4 quad-copter like motors built into structures that are kind of extensions of twin fuselages. So they can fly at speeds of about 80 mph and also hover. And remain aloft for hours.  Interesting???
