I tried to transfer my videos from the Osmo Action on my PC with the USB-C cable but it doesn't work. I tried everything, reset, format sd card, changing settings on my pc.
Nothing Worked.
It keeps connecting and disconnecting from my PC, I am not able to transfer the videos.

But the weird thing is, I can do this on my old Macbook and it works fine but not on my windows pc...
Please help me!

Hello and good day Derposaurus. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. With regards to this matter I would recommended you to remove the SD Card from the DJI Osmo Action and try to use a SD card reader for you to be able to transfer the said videos to your PC from the DJI Osmo Action.
