I cannot transfer the files to my pc, the Osmo action keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, to my pc.
The weird thing is, it works fine on my grandpas pc or my mothers mac.
I tried everything. I just dont want to reset my pc.
Is there any way to fix this?
I have no SD card reader so I need to use the USB C cable

I would strongly suggest getting a SD card reader. They are relatively inexpensive. I know that isn’t the answer you were looking for.

Double check that you are using a USB-C cable that can handle the data transfer, as well as the USB port. I would also double check that you have up to date drivers for your USB port.(device manager)

I’m using the orginal usb cabel and i plug it into a USB 3.1 port, my drivers are also reinstalled and it doesnt work
