Good to see that you can fly with the filters and still be under 250 grams.

That's good to see, was wondering how real this video on the pgytech ones were.

Theres a been a few reports that the mini actually ways less than the 249 gram advertised weight.

Here's a question for you camera gurus.  Wouldn't the lack of manual control of the shutter and ISO make ND filters a bit useless on mavic mini?  Just asking and hoping to get an expert's opinion.  Thanks.

Check out his sample footage that compares with and without the filters and they certainly seem to work OK,  Sure your not going to get the best control,  but if appears the shutter is changed before the ISO so you still get the benefit.

In video mode the camera is operating in Auto mode essentially and is always adjusting shutter and iso, the nd filter is stopping down the light and the camera adjusts for the stopped down. This is why you get motion blur on movement is because the shutter is open longer.

In photo mode you have control of the shutter and iso, so on bright sunny day's being able to stop the light down mean's having the sky in the background not blown out and overexposed.

Avoid Sunnylife filters on photo mode they cast a shadow in the corners of the picture, they do however increase motion blur a little

All scales are measured in different ways, all have different errors and I have never seen the measurement of the weight of MM using a reference scale with verification in a special laboratory....

Just remember that some filters may take some sharpness away from the film. Like DSLR cameras, using an expensive lens and cheap filter may have big impact on picture quality. I have not tested this on drones.
