How can I fix this problem? Is it possible to programmatically?

You may try to perform the gimbal calibration to see if there would be some changes. If the problem persists after the calibration, I will highly recommend you to contact our support team at https://www.dji.com/support to open a ticket. We will conduct further diagnostics on the unit to find out the reason for the problem. The warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit.
