Conclusions:
1. The design of Mavic 2 battery has problem.
2. The Charge/Discgarge firmware needs to be updated （Good news! the new firmware 0650 published today enable to set up battery discharge time up to 10 days).

I wish DJI can recall the swollen battery.

The discharge time was 10 days by default, the new update lets you set one that's lower for better battery life.

As I saw fromthis forum that the default discharge was one week.
Do you think shorten the discharge time makes sense?

Depends how often you fly,  10 days was fine for me,  after this change I upped mine back to 7 days as I like being able to charge at the weekend and have then ready all week long.
