Need some recoomendation for compact and light weight LED strobes. preferrably a 3 color set. I'm just still not comfortable with not being able to see the drone in the sky.

I'd go for the white , it's much brighter than the other colors

You can also get mounts of ebay if you don't want to use velcro, but on the MM I'd recommend velcro.

I cannot recommend enough the Vifly Beacon, you get light when is dark, and is a beeper which senses crashes (it really works).

If you fly in low light the super strong LED flashes, and if it crashes or lands far it beeps, the beeper can function for up to 30 hours. Also senses when somebody picks up the drone alerting you.

For 15euros is a no brainier, the built in battery makes everything wireless and simple.
If you want something that flashes light and beeps constantly and not only in low light or after crash, the Vifly Finder 2 is awesome too, I have one of each.

I have to take pictures and possibly do some small tutorial, basically I mount them the same way but in the front legs using a cable tie, is small enough to allow the mini to be folded with them attached.
Eventually I want to 3D print something similar to the propellers guard clip method,as small and light as possible.

But with the buzzer and LED facing front and not down.
