Is the new DJI Fly update available for in the Play Store for anyone using Android 9?

I have an S9+, with Android 9, and still not seeing an update.

I mean it should be, I'm updated my firmware and about to go test flight on a Galaxy Note 10 with Android 10

Yeah, I actually know how to do that, but is there anything in the update that would necessitate me doing that rather than just waiting till it hits the Playstore?
