Having received advice from a specialist on the phone, I decided to fix the drone myself. The first cause of the speed control error may be in one of the motors on the beam. The second reason is already more complicated and more expensive. This is a control board. I hope it all ends with a beam replacement.

Good afternoon. Replacing one of the motors, unfortunately, did not eliminate the current error. I ordered a control board and am waiting for it. Due to the virus situation in China, my order of January 22 has not yet been delivered ...

I also have the same situation as you. I flew the first time OK. After flying back, Mavic 2 Zoom reported an ESC error and could not fly. Then the error "Cannot take off " again. People said that it might be the main problem, but when it came to the repair shop, they used software to detect that 4th motor was broken. After replacing everything is OK again.

Good afternoon.
I already changed one motor and the error did not go away. This motor was the cause of the impact on the tree because when I discovered the drone, this beam was folded and the screws were broken on it. The rest of the rays are fine. Now I'm waiting for the board to replace it and I hope the problem goes away completely.

The board came from China, the drone is in the process of being replaced. I hope everything will be the same for me.

My Drone is fall on water (see) and I have the same errors has you. I have changed the ESC board and after I have always the same message as you.

Maybe the motors have too a problem, but Idont know how I can check each motor ?

when soldering make sure to contact ing the pads...meaning do a goodsoldering job .after replacing motor and also esc was getting same  esc motor 2 error until i checked solder job again removed old solder  and all was ok to fly

I realize this is a really old post, but if the OP is still around, would be great to know what ultimately fixed your post crash ESC error after replacing the board and a single motor.  Did replacing additional motors fix the issue?

heck your motors and see if one is difficult to turn, if not try replacing the ESC board (that assumes it is not electronically paired to any board in the drone), physically it would be a fairly simple swap....remove the top caver displace the IMU holder(3 silver screws, pop a ribbon cable connector off, desolder 12 wires, remove the two rear most black screw holding the board down and, from memory, that's the board loose.. Or send it in to DJI and ask for a repair quote.

The reason was that I was the wrong beam that needed to be changed.
