Hi,
I have sold second hand my MAVIC PRO.
Before to give it to its new (lucky) owner I want to download my Flight Log/Data just for my memories...
I have duely connected my MAVIC PRO to the DJI ASSISTANT APP.
I can up-date the firmware w/o any problem
But when it comes to download flight data / log nothing happens....???
Can someone help me?

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Can you please clarify what error message did appear when you trying to export your flight data? Are you using the DJI Assistant 2 software on exporting it? Also, you may try to uninstall and reinstall your current DJI Assistant 2 and try to see if that works. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

I have removed and re download the appropriate Version of the APP according your advice.
However the issue is still the same :
I can connect my MAVIC PRO to the APP
I can - if I wanted to do so - download the firmware. But it is not necessary since the MAVIC firmware is already up to date.
But I CAN NOT download my flight date ether via "DATA UP LOAD" of via "BLACK BOX" function
There is a progressing bar that turns for ever.... (See attached pic)
Before reseting my MAVIC to sell it I would like to save my datas.
Can you Help?

I finally found a solution which does not goes through the DJI ASSISTANT APP.
In the end except to up grade the firmware I do not know to what does this DJI APP does help for ????
