Dear all,

Does anyone know how to get log with all detailed info from Mavic 2 Pro?
I  was tryed with dat file which one is exported trough dji mavic  assistent, then converted and tryed trough datcon, but no succes.

We need to check some rpm info.

The .DAT on the M2 itself is encrypted. A non encrypted .DAT file can be retrieved from the device running the Go App. That .DAT contains motor data including RPM data.

You can use CsvView or DatCon to extract the motor data from the .DAT

Hi Walker,

We already tryed DAT trough DJI aplication, but no succes on DatCon export, it was unable to extract at all.

We will try to get from craft "black box" and then go to CsvView.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. But, it seems clear that you are not following these instructions.

Hi Walker,

We need to get log file from aircraft directly, not from ipad, because operator has unplugged cable from phone when aircraft was still in air, so log was not finished.
All we need is to get RPM information from log which one is in aircraft because that log was record all info until craft was crashed and turned off.
Is it possible somehow to get info data directly from aircraft?

I will describe what have we done and tryed already

-plugged M2 to pc

-run assistant and get dat file out.

-then we converted that dat file trough ExtractDJI


-later on we get this exported files


-we import in datcon FLY059


-when we tick "Record start", we get this


-or, if we skip ticking "Recording start", and directly press "Go", this happend


So, are we make some mistake somewhere in procces, or that main dat file is corrupted, or some of extracted files are corrupted?

DatCon is latest one.

As I said, the .DAT on the M2 itself is encrypted. Only DJI can process that .DAT.
