I keep getting 'error 800: questionnaire not found' when I try to complete the quiz that pops up in the DJI Go app every time I fly the drone, I can't complete it due to the error, and it also won't go away.

Please help?

Hello and good day Lizzie C. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go application. Just a reminder to please sync the flight records and store the photos and videos in the said application before doing this process.
