After the last firmware V01.00.0650 update my SC has stopped logging flight data. This is a legal requirement for PfCO in the UK.

Please advise.

If you updated via wifi, redo using the Assistant program and refresh.  Also they have re-issued the firmware but kept the number the same, so find the Jan 13th version for sure and try again.

The logs have apparently been moved to internal memory no matter your storage selection.

Good luck.

Thanks for that. Seems to have worked although my accumilated flight time has been knocked back to zero. Re-synced it and it its back where it should be.

Dear me, when are DJI goiojng to get this update business right eh?

If you use the sd as default storage, set it for a while to "internal". You will find your lost logs. Synch them with the DJI cloud.
Put the default storage back to sd. Synch them again to get them back from DJI.

Done that. No luck. DJI seems have lost data from May 2019 to Jan 2020. Odd.

Airdata has the 'lost' data but they are still working on thier system to keep up with the V01.00.0640 update. Support from them has been rapid.

sorry to hear that. Thats quite a long period you lost. For me it was only the last logs since DJI issued the v01.00.0650 on the 10/01/2020. And got it back using that trick.

Airdata have recovered them all. This means I'm legal. They were able to get a beta version to run on the SC which did the trick

After many re-syncs DJIGo4 still shows no flights between May last Year and Jan this.
