Having trouble with DJI pilot and DJI Go 4 - will not connect on my iPhone 6.

Using a mavic pro (Go4) and mavic enterrpise 2 (Pilot) - neither will connect.

I know the issue is with the phone:

• have tried multiple data cables on both RC cable ports (yes, I have unplugged the small cable when using the USB port)
• both drones will connect on other devices ( iphone, ipad and android devices)
• have deleted and reinstalled BOTH apps (multiple times)
• have updated latest iOS (currently running 13.1.3)
• have most recent firmware on both DJI products
  

Furthermore, wifi will not connect (via QR code) either. When I open the DJI Go4 app there is not even an option to "Scan QR code" option as per the top right corner menu.

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. Since other devices are working properly. I would recommend to please check the DJI Go 4 application if all features are set to allow or please check if there are any settings on the iPhone preventing access when the remote is connected to the port.
