Hi. Thank you for reaching out to DJI Forum. With regards to this concern. The repair of the said drone will depend on the final result of the assessment conducted by our DJI repair team. In addition, we do not recommend to use any third party batteries. Since these said is batteries are not tested we cannot guarantee the stability and compatibility during the flight. Thank you for your values support and safe flying.
You need to contact them, they will analyze the flight data and determine a cause for crash, most likely though, they will say pilot error. I would not use a 3rd party battery, why would you trust your expensive drone with a cheap battery?
