Ok so no crocodiles but it does rhyme. So eventually i want to get a tablet for my MM so i want to get a tablet holder. Second reason for the tablet holder is the compass issues many are having. I want to get my galaxy s7 as far away from the controller as i can. So... the " stock cable that comes with the MM us USB micro "A" to USB micro "B". (See pic 1) most of the mavic "tablet" cables you can get are type B to type B. Whats the biggest differance as far as my MM Is concerned? Do i need to have a OTG cable? Type A to type B are hard to find without an adaptors. Does it even matter?

I agree the right angle ones would seem a better fit.  I guess im just wondering about rhe 2 types of cables?  Does one benefit more than the other?

Just be careful to plug it in the right way round, that port is somewhat fragile.

Yes it will be the same way as you charge it.  Im just wondering why dji made the controller to take 2 kinds of cables?

You can simply connect an ordinary cable with microUSB and OTG-MicroUSB.

Then I bought one with a fabric cover

And even earlier the usual cable with such an adapter

I guess because longer micro usb to lightening cables are hard to find.

Hello and good day Trevor OV MM. Thank you for reaching out and for the inquiry. The DJI Mavic Mini's remote controller can be used with a bigger mobile device or a tablet. However, the application firmware is not yet optimized for those non recommended mobile devices, so users may experience some minor issues. DJI is currently working to optimize this device for use and we appreciate your patience. In addition, when using a bigger mobile device or a tablet, the included cable may not be long enough to connect. In this case, you can use a Micro USB OTG cable, which can be purchased at the DJI Online Store ( https://store.dji.com/product/dj ... esult-v2&position=0 ). Thank you.
