Hello, Goodnight.  I bought the Mavic Air 2, but when I tried to use it with the iPhone I couldn't. Requires device activation. Trying to activate presents the error as in the attached photos. I would like help to resolve this problem. I send the drone data. But with Android it worked normally

1. We recommend using another mobile device or another network and trying activation again first.

2. Please also try to refresh the firmware via the DJI Assistant 2 and try activation again.

3. If the issue persists after the above two methods have been tried, please provide us with the below information. We will help you to further analyze it with our engineering team, thanks.
①serial number of the entire set of devices
②App log
③aircraft log
④goggles log(if any)
⑤the time when the abnormality occurred.
