Hello . I would like your help. Does anyone know if the phone has been disconnected from the control (the cable went out) and the app is shut down and lost flight data if any modifications can be restored to the phone and the app????

If the APP was not connected during the flight, the flight records will not be generated. What is wrong with the drone? Was it crashed?

REMOVED THE CONTROL CABLE FROM THE MOBILE PHONE DURING THE FLIGHT. IT WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM ME THEY WOULD LOSE OR CONTACT THE VESSEL AND I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT THE REASON WAS DISCONNECTED FROM THEM AS A RESULT OF CLOSING THE APPLICATION FROM THE PHONE BEFORE THE VESSEL RETURNS TO CONNECT ANYONE. So I ask whether there was a way to retrieve it directly from the boat by making use of some functionality of the company's applications. THE VESSEL WAS OPENING THAT TIME WAYPOINTS.
