Hi DJI, I am a second owner of a mavic 2 zoom and was informed that it is still under warranty, I am wondering if that can be confirmed? Also, if i needed a repair how would send in a proof of purchase if i don't have the receipt?

Hi, upon checking the serial number, it was activated 2019-03-05. Apologies, but certain cases need the original proof of purchase as this can accelerate the processing time for repairs. Thank you for understanding.

I purchased the mavic 2 from Facebook marketplace and have a screenshot of it being sold, does that count as proof of purchase?

I am owner of a mavic 2 pro after I checked on the DJI portal https://service.dji.com/djicare/coverage, the serial number is not registered, is it correct ?

You need the original receipt from the first owner
