Hi, I have just put a post up about asking about flying in Bali. and just seen your post 10 seconds after lol. any advice flying a drone out there.

Scotty Shep, same rules and regulations apply here in Bali.  The people themselves are very relaxed about drone use.  No problems on the plane (in carry on luggage) or at the airport.  Remember to recalibrate the compass and IMU, and don’t forget to set the homepoint.  Have fun.

Thanks Woe.  The owner let me put my drone up over his hotel.  I gave him the footage to help with his marketing.  This is the 3rd hotel in Bali that I’ve done.  I get to fly my drone, hopefully he gets an increase in business - win, win!
