Today I tested it with Android Mirroring, it also works but the delay with Galaxy S8 is about ~150-200ms.
With AirPlay (iOS) the delay between phone and goggles is only ~50ms.
Messured in 1080p/30, baybe better performance in 720p on Android?

I see where that would mirror the screen, but the yawing when turning your head, and the pitch down with the gimble when moving your head down would not work either, I suspect,Tim

this is cool but unfortunately it's not enough.  I'd rather just hook this up to my external monitor.

Not only might this work with Mavic Mini but I suspect this method should work with Skydio.

Sure, you don't have the head movements but the option of the ultra bright monitor and/or the goggles is very cool.  I think this may  work with goggles re as well.  I've heard talk of using airplay but this is the first time I've seen someone (German Drone TV) actually post a video of it working.

I would like to use it into Android phone with my Rangevideo Headplay FPV googles,  they have a wired HDMI input.

Can you explain me how to to do ?

You need only this Amazon.es, let it in default config, connect the hdmi port to your goggles, the mini USB of the dongle to a powerbank, connect your smartphone to the wifi of the dongle, start Screenmirroring and you‘re done.

Cool workaround, thx! I ordered a Chromecast 3 dongle, goggles and powerbank. Could you specify the type of bracket you use and maybe where to buy it? I am after one that comes with a 3/8“ thread to mount my  7“ monitor (the holder in your video), but was unable to find one until now. Thx in advance!

Cromecast doesn‘t work, you need a dongle who creats his own WIFI. Cromecast only works in existing WIFI.

The 3/8“ thread was delivered with my monitor. I only screwed it on my existing tablet holder.

Alright, thank you for your reply and clarifying the use of chromecast. So which dongle do you use, would you recommend one? I thought I recognized a chromecast that‘s why.
And: What bracket do you use as a base? Sorry for bothering, but both is not obvious to me in your video. Thank you again!
