Hi all,

I bought a M2P and almost at every flight the app notifies me "compass error".

The drone has 3 flights.

I updted the fw to the latest, calibrated the imu (which was requested) and the compass (also through the laptop with dji sw.

With mavic pro never had to calibrate that often.

Is this due to the more sensitivity of mavic 2?

I heard i am not the only one with this.

Hello and good day Ginopino. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Please check the location where you are calibrating the compass of the said drone. Let me please provide you additional requirements for proper compass calibration. In calibrating the compass of the said drone do not calibrate your compass where there is a chance of strong magnetic interference, such as magnetite, parking structures, or steel reinforcements underground. Do not carry ferromagnetic materials with you during calibration, such as keys or cellular phones. Do not calibrate beside large metal objects. Thank you.
