I bought my Mavic Pro a while ago, and always ignored the sensor calibration warning. Well, today im updating all the software and doing the calibration. All the software updates are complete, and the last thing to do is the sensor calibration. I go through the tutorials, go through the calibration, and it gives me a screen size error. I am running 1920x1080 currently, and have tried 1280x720. Monitor is a 32" Full HD monitor.
I've tried to input the physical size of the monitor into the box, as well as the resolution size. I might have gone through the calibration at least 25 times now.


Im stuck at this point. Help.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!

   DJI Assistant 2 was installed today. I have cleaned the lenses and restarted all devices several times. It still shows the same error. The error message shows " the screen size is detected as __________." Theres nothing in the error message stating what the program is detecting my screen size as.  

Any response to this? It's been 6 days with no answer.

Try a different PC.
