Hello and good day. I am sorry for the trouble calibrating the vision sensor of your DJI Mavic 2 Pro and thank you for reaching out.  With regards to issue that we are facing today, you may give a try to change the resolution of your screen for your reference you may take a look at this information. It is recommended to use a monitor with a size of 14 inches or more, and a curved screen is not supposed to be used. Set the display resolution to the recommended value (usually 14 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inches for 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inches for 1680) *1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inches for 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). Please give us an update further assistance. Thank you.

Hi. Thank you for the additional information. As per checking the monitor 15-inch Macbookpro  and 27-inch  iMac. Kindly please try to use a suggested screen size to calibrate the sensor of the said drone. You may refer to the screen sizes posted on post #2 by DJI Stephen for us to be able to isolate the issue. In addition, may I know before this issue happened was their any hard landing or a crash that happened on the drone? Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

I am repeatedly getting the error "aircraft motion error" when trying to calibrate my Mavic Pro 2. I have tried a 24" monitor in 1920x1200 mode and other lower resolutions and they all fail in the same way. I have tried using the Retina display on my Mac (2880x1800) and it fails. I have tried reducing the resolution on my Retina display to 1440x900. It fails. This is a new aircraft. No accidents. I downloaded DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic today so I am running the latest version. This is very frustrating. Please tell me  how to fix this problem.
