Not very different. We are not allowed to fly over crowds (>12 people), and "toy drones" are not allowed to fly over people at all.
Big cities are the worst for authorizations.
And Natural Reserves...
It's like one we have here, i asked for permission (is natural reserve and military zone), i had all the permissions, from both Aeronautic Authority, AirForce... Then i also needed the authorization for the natural reserve and and to ask to the Nature Conservation Institute, denied, because of eagles, som of them rare, and so, that a drone could affect their lives, reproduction, etc. So always forbidden, all year.
And i was alright with that, if that was the real thing.
Meanwhile they allow noisy and big touristic Helicopters, that even land and take off in the middle of the mountain / reserve.... Or drones for commercial purposes (another words, pay licence most likely). So after all it's not about protecting the birds / habitats, it's all about the money, and that's what makes me mad. |
