Hello,
I want to use my Phantom 2 Vision+ but my Gimbal is not working.The software recognizes the drone as a Vision 2, not as Vision 2+.
Camera works, Gimbal does not. No gimbal movement, just a slight buzzing sound.

There is only Techsupport on weekdays. I tried to call everywhere around the world, but i can't reach anyone.

Is there anybody who had the same problem or knows a techsupport phonenumber? It is pretty important.
I did not update the firmware or something. Is there a possibility to reset the drone completely? Looks not lika a hardware-problem.
