Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo, ho un DJI PHANTOM 3 ADVANCED, in seguito a una lieve botta ho notato che il drone continua a funzionare perfettamente tranne però per il fatto che quando gli do il comando di filmare o fotografare lo schermo diventa in bianco e nero e perde il segnale.
Da cosa potrebbe dipendere?
A qualcuno è mai capitato?

Since there was a crash or a hard landing that happened before on the said drone. I would recommend you contact our support team to start up at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for us to be able to assist you further. We have the team who would do their best to find out the reason why the said drone is not working properly and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Please note that DJI will not perform data analysis for cases occurring after the expiry of the warranty period; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank for your support.
