Hello,

I got a 'Downward altitude sensor data error, please contact DJI support for help' message while flying yesterday, the rep told me to download assistant 2 and perform a sensor calibration, after completing that, I see a message on the screen (below) it does not move forward, it stays at 0%, has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have tried the following:

1. Reboot computer
2. Re-installed Assistant 2
3. Performed the calibration multiple times

I have had the same message every time.

Screen resolution issues are well-known when using the Assistant 2. Try using a resolution like 1900 by 1080.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!
