may I suggest this monitor.  it is $370 but if it is brightness you are looking for, this is plenty bright even in direct sunlight.  of course you can use this for your other drones, cameras, or projects so it's a good all-around monitor.  don't forget to obtain the battery.  I like it alot and using these instructions in the thread, I plan to pull it off my smart controller and help out the mm because the iPhone screen is only ok.  really which the remote has usb out tho, that's a lot of cables and wires,

^definitely would recommend, feelworld monitors are pretty nice.  needless to say 2200nits is the most desirable.  this setup will work with any "monitor" and while the gaming monitors are big and thin and light and relatively inexpensive, they are just not bright enough for outdoor use.

Although sufficient, it's a bit on heavy side, with a lot of extra wiring and setup procedure. Additional latency is no good either. Here's another, IMHO better solution for bright display device ...

^yeah we only wish the same/similar setup from mavic2 can be used with mm.

I dismounted the tabletholder and used the original mount from the monitor in the big hole on top of the mini mount.

So,  I got this monitor 2 weeks ago and let me tell you.....WELL worth it!  WiFi dongle and a power bank and 2 high capacity batteries.

I was in full sun showing the Park Rangers what was going on with the homeless in our flying field......then I did a range test, and walked about 75 yards down thru the pits......NO signal degradation. Perfect!!
Setup on a tripod and sat on the table, people can view what and where I am flying and NOT be standing over my shoulder.
