I'm having an issue that i'm being able to reproduce 100% of the time.

On the C1 button I have assigned the forward/down camera option.  But after I do that the phone lose conecction with the remote, the display became grey and later the remote lose connectivity with the drone.

this looks to me as a SW issue, is this a common bug that I can solve with a SW update?

Also, can you please try to relink your aircraft to your RC to see if the problem persists? You may refer to the tutorial below. In addition, I will highly recommend checking if you are currently using the latest firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 if not, update it on the latest version to avoid any issues.
