Yeah its understandable. Reinis SkyHighFilms already has his up for his charging base up for a prize for his competition on his channel haha so I thought he might already have received his.

Just received an email confirming my winning credit, although it's not in my DJI account as yet. Check your emails people!

I've still not had the credit added to my DJI Store account, but the email did offer a day to notify them of any changes to the account details they had, so maybe it'll be a couple of days before the credit arrives.

If you've not received the email in the first place, check your junk / spam folders

8 days already passed...
I understand world situation, but delays may be in delivery, etc.
But why you don't even contact with winners.
btw youtube blogger already (2-3 days ago) already got his prize.
If we count delivery time, then you contacted him on the first day and send his prise, but others still waiting?

I haven't been contacted yet, its a bit concerning as some have but others haven't. I've checked my spam box but nothing there either.

I was in a different category (story, not mavic mini) and I was contacted.
Not sure if that is different per category though.
