I was wondering if anyone else has had issues connecting the P4RTK controller to the DJI Terra program.?  I’ve tried what almost seems like everything to get it connected and I keep getting the error that switching to laptop mode has failed and I need to restart the controller.

You're in the wrong forum I think - the items you mention don't relate to the Osmo Pocket camera as far as I am aware.
