Can you please send me firmware 1.11.30.  I have the P3P ever since i updated to 1.11.20 i get the esc error.  No crashes on this drone.  Its been sitting for a while and I would like to get it flying again I want to try the update before sending it in.  Thank you.

I think we all need this download v1.11.30. I have had no flight time since downloading 1.11.20 all I get is "how to connect" where camera access button is. The inspire shows camera button. I have a phantom 3 pro. I spent alot of money on this and did nothing to create this issue.

I will never buy another one if this is how dji is going to treat their customers. I had a representative hang up on me the other day. I repeatedly said his advice didn't work. I use this to make money and of all time it won't work now.

I have attempted to use the website to update to 1.11.20 as well and now get no response from my p3p. If v1.11.30 can resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it if you could also send me this firmware update. I have update firmware many times in the past but have only recently needed to use my phantom again. This update has rendered my phantom inoperable. With hundreds of dollars of accessories, I would like to use this p3p again.

Can the firmware be installed into the controller via USB thumb-drive, or directly from a Mac?
I don't have a Micro SD card reader.

Absolutely, I wasn't aware that the P3P had multiple controllers.

Regarding your inquiry, if the firmware version is lower than 1.3.20, you may use the USB interface (use either a USB flashdisk or USB SD card reader) to update it to 1.3.20. If the firmware version is higher than 1.3.20, you may connect the app to upgrade. I hope this helps answer your inquiry, Ajia. Thank you and have a good day !
