Hi all,

I'm having an issue where my Mavic 2 Pro won't maintain a level horizon.  I've calibrated both the IMU and the gimbal (a couple times).  I've done the manual gimbal adjustment afterward as well.  Here's what happens:

After I complete the gimbal auto-calibration, it looks perfectly level for a half-second, and then it quickly tilts off at an angle.
So I do the manual adjustment, and then it will adjust off of whatever leveling I did mid-flight.  I'll watch the horizon slowly cant off of level (while absolutely no inputs are being made...just sitting at a hover), and internal screams of frustration ensue.

Anybody had this issue?  I'm about to lose my mind here.

Appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

Hello and good day SrSheepdog. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the gimbal of your DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Since you have calibrated both the IMU and the gimbal a couple times and you have done the manual gimbal adjustment as well and still the issue persist. May we know if the said drone had a hard landing or a crash before? In addition, can you please post a sample video footage of the said issue for us to be able to assist you further. Thank you.

No hard landings or crashes.  I've had it about four weeks, and I haven't had much favorable flight weather/time available, or I would have brought this up sooner.

This video shows it most obviously.  As you can see, the horizon goes from being canted from one side to the other, without any manual gimbal inputs.

Thank you for the additional information SrSheepdog. It seems that there might be an issue with the hardware of the said drone. I would recommend you contact our support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. We have a team who would do their best to find out the reason of the incident and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your support.

I've contacted the seller, and I'll be returning the drone for a full refund.
Thanks for your review of my issue.
