Hi i have a spark, everytime i do a video it does not show up in the video file my mobile is a iphone 6plus with 16gb is that the problem

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to DJI Forum. With regards to this query. The only time that mobile device will save a video file is when the SD card storage on the said drone is already full. In addition, the video file that is stored on the said mobile device is only a video cache file. If you have further concern or query, please feel free to post it here at DJI Forum. Hi, maybe you can use Bitwar Data Recovery to scan your iPhone to find the lost video file. In addition, any data loss issues can be easily solved by Bitwar.
