Hello and good day Nigan. I am sorry to read and to know that you are having issues with your DJI Spark. May we know if you are getting any error message on the DJI Go 4 application when this issue is happening? In addition, can you please try to refresh the firmware of your DJI Spark using the DJI Assistant 2 and try to check if the issue will still persist.
