Please may i know from the group or admin.
1-- Is it possible to find how many hours and what distances a drone has flown ? If the app from which the Drone was used with is deleted from the Iphone.
2-- Dumb today bought a second hand Mavic Platimin but when the old owner said it had only done 5 hrs fly time and never been crashed ? we asked to see the DJI Go 4 app
     and the history BUT he had deleted the app from his ph and when he re-downloaded the app and connected the Mavic up to the app it was refreshed and showed no fly distances or hours flown.
Can anybody asist please ?

Unless the flight data was synched to DJI's servers, it's gone.

These flight records will only be shown on the application if the previous user syncs the flight records before uninstalling the app. Therefore, we cannot retrieve those flight records if the previous owner intentionally deleted the application and the flight records are also been deleted as well. Dont think the Drone would of been Synced. Dumb is wrapped with the drone.
But I have sorted guessed a mated how many hours by the battery charged times, say for instance the battery has been charged 26 times and average 12 minutes flight time per charge.
26 x 12 = 312.  312>60=5.2 hrs .......2 x Batteries so the drone has about 10 hrs .
Is this good calculations do you think?

Hi, thank you for your response. The calculation you provided is actually a good spot on. Assuming that all flights lasted 12 minutes, the possible amount of hours would be more or less the stated calculation. Please take note that the maximum flight time can only be reached under ideal conditions or measured while flying at consistent speed in windless conditions. Hope this helps.
