Hello DJI,
I recently purchased the DJI FPV Goggles, radio, air unit. I plugged in my goggles the other day so that I could watch my videos on the micro SD card, after about 3 minutes of watching video I realized I had forgotten to install the 4 antennas! I immediately unplugged the battery pack and now am worried about wether I have possibly ruined my googles ability to communicate with the air unit....   

I only plugged in the goggles for 3 minutes to watch some flight footage.

I don’t believe that should damage any of the equipment. Unless there is a specific warning that the goggles are never used without the antennae connected it should be fine. Best way to test would be to install antennae and power it up to see if it connects.
