My main tip is to make SLOW and longer movements only (while recording)
Now it is like you pressed rec and afterwards made a lot of unplanned moves.

Yup i get you It is completely true, Still trying to make the moves slower. Maybe i have not cleared my desire for speed yet

that's true i am still trying to improve.
also think i can get a better software for video editing.
