I was posting a video and saved a draft and cannot find it.

Same here, the 'post thread' button seems to have vanished and you only get the 'save draft' option.

It's fixed now, the 'Submit' button is back

I was experiencing the same thing but you are right as at least it is fixed now.  

Yeah, weird.
