Bought a Mavic 2 Pro and the RC controller seems to be experiencing the common fan bearing issue where it sounds like a shaver.

Really not happy at spending this much and this happening, no problems with my Mavic Air ever, this is stopping me from certain freelance jobs now.

Can you tell me my activation date? Serial Number is 163DF97001Y06L


@DJI I need you to replace this for me ASAP! Do you offer a service where you can send a new replacement and I provide card details and send the original faulty unit back?

Since this issue is happening I would recommend you contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for us to be able to assist you further. We have a team who would do their best to find out the reason of the said issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided.
