After charging the battery for hours, I only get less than a minute of flight time before the battery is dead. When I purchased the DGI Phantom 2 it came with two new batteries one of them became non-functional after the first flight. So, I bought a new battery and charger with no luck. I've yet to be able to fly the Phantom no longer than a min. please help this was a wedding gift to my lil sister who's a photographer and we both have been bitterly disappinted.

Have you contacted the dealer where you purchased it? Or DJI Tech Support?

It sound like a bad battery or bad cells. Are the lights blinking as it charges? Does it eventually have all lights lit and shows that it is fully charged? Have you looked at the cel info and battery life indicator in the assistant software?

DJI is very good about their warranty service, in my experience. If you truly have an issue you should handle it through them, as long as it was purchased through an authorized supplier.
