So far yes.  After I retired I bought a 62 foot mini motor yacht.  I live onboard about 90% of the time unless I go out and travel.  So for me it is quite easy to "shelter in place".  However, I fear that tighter restrictions are coming.  I'm ready for this COVID-19 to be done but unfortunately it appears to be a long ways off before everybody gets through this pandemic.  I just hope that loss of life is super minimal.

We are semi grounded.
But so far only the horeca (is that even a term in English) is shut down.
And we have to stay at home as much as possible.
Yeah, I believe it is here to stay.
We have to find a way to live with it.
Until we get a cure.

It loses connection with the gimbal completely. Or probably with some part of the camera.
I get a camera feed, but it does not respond to anything. No recording etc . No gimbal movement.
After some time it regains control and I can continue.

I wouldn't trust the app. I've come recently to realize that RC buttons are tied to Fly app linkage. If for example the shutter and record physical buttons don't work at some point, I can exit and re-launch the app and they will work. Worst still... for broken video feed I have to reboot the Mobile Device entirely. All this bugun to happen after I upgraded my S9+ to Android 10, had no such problems prior to that.

100% true, but it is not compliant to the new EASA rules, so I will skip that and wait for a DJI drone that is.

My guess is that it is a hardware issue, as the gimbal is totally not responding (I get the most weird image feeds while the gimbal is moving around )

Eww.. never heard about that before. You should be easily covered under warranty for that.

It is 3 years old, so no warranty for me.

Plus, I'm not sure what I will do after the first of June when the new rules will start.
It will depend on which costs I have to make to be able to fly with it and if that is worth it for me.
