Tried connecting remote to computer  and nothing. Drone connects fine but not the remote. Never had this issue before. Nothing showing in device manager under USB. It's like it's not even plugged in.

Hi Brian, please check if the controller can be charged or connected to the mobile device normally, if no, you may need to send in the controller for service.
If it can be connected normally, I will send you a driver via PM to install it again. See if that helps.

Yes it is charging the controller and the controller connects to device fine. Thanks.
